1. Definitions

Dynasty Car Group LLC offers a fleet of quality rental vehicles, including economy cars, sedans, SUVs, luxury vehicles, premium vehicles, passenger vans, trucks, and specialty vehicles. Vehicle availability may vary by location and is subject to change without notice.

2. Rental, Indemnity and Warranties

This is a contract for the rental of the Vehicle. Dynasty Car Group LLC may repossess the Vehicle at your expense without notice if the Vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law or this Agreement. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynasty Car Group LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and attorney's fees arising from or relating to your rental or use of the Vehicle.

Dynasty Car Group LLC makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Vehicle, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Vehicle is rented "AS IS."

3. Condition and Return of Vehicle

You agree to return the Vehicle to Dynasty Car Group LLC at the location, date, and time specified in this Agreement in the same condition in which it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If the Vehicle is returned after business hours, you remain fully responsible for the Vehicle until Dynasty Car Group LLC completes its inspection on the next business day.

4. Responsibility for Damage or Loss

You are responsible for all damage to, theft of, or loss of the Vehicle, including repair costs, diminished value, loss of use, towing, storage, administrative expenses, appraisal costs, and all related expenses. Any accident, theft, vandalism, or damage must be reported immediately to Dynasty Car Group LLC and to the appropriate law enforcement agency when required by law.

5. Breach of Agreement

Any prohibited use of the Vehicle constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the rental, repossession of the Vehicle, forfeiture of deposits, and full financial responsibility for all damages, losses, attorney's fees, court costs, collection costs, and related expenses incurred by Dynasty Car Group LLC.

6. Insurance

The Renter agrees to maintain valid full-coverage automobile insurance, including liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage, that extends to rental vehicles. Proof of insurance must be provided before delivery of the Vehicle. Failure to maintain such coverage constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

7. Charges

The Renter agrees to pay Dynasty Car Group LLC all rental charges, optional products, taxes, tolls, parking citations, traffic violations, towing fees, impound fees, recovery costs, attorney's fees, collection costs, administrative fees, cleaning charges, late fees, fuel charges, mileage charges, and all other amounts due under this Agreement.

8. Security Deposit

Dynasty Car Group LLC may apply all or part of the security deposit toward any unpaid rental charges, damages, violations, administrative fees, or other amounts owed under this Agreement.

9. Personal Property

Dynasty Car Group LLC shall not be responsible for any personal property left inside the Vehicle or on company premises. The Renter releases Dynasty Car Group LLC from any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

10. Modifications

No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Dynasty Car Group LLC.

11. Miscellaneous

Failure by Dynasty Car Group LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
